Harold M. Castrillo, age 61, of Granada Hills, passed away April 19, 2014.  He was born and raised in Arizona. After an LDS mission in Argentina, he graduated from BYU and served in the Utah Air National Guard. In 1979 he joined LAPD and 30 years later retired as a Detective III. 

He was married to Mary Castrillo in 1981. He is survived by three children: David, Danny (and his wife, Erica), and Melissa. He is also survived by three granddaughters.
