(Robert) Dale Decker 

May 28, 1952 - December 4, 2003   (51) 

Known to most as Dale, Robert passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 4th at home.  Born in Meshoppen, PA on May 28, 1952, Dale moved to Tucson with his family in 1960.  He graduated from Catalina High in 1970 and went on to get a Bachelor's degree in Art and Education from the UA.  After graduating, he taught at Blueridge Elementary in Pinetop, AZ, and then at Corbett Elementary in Tucson.  After his career in teaching, he worked in website design and computer programming.

Dale is survived by his only child, daughter Andrea Decker; his parents, Bob and Nancy Decker; his two sisters, Lori Decker and Kim (Mike) Clifton; one niece, Valerie Clifton, and two nephews, Adam Clifton and Brian Decker.  Dale was a very intelligent and fun individual who had a good sense of humor, the ability to see both sides of the story and could always bounce back from life's difficulties.  He was a very involved and loving father who adored his daugher.  Dale will be missed and remain always in the hearts of his loved ones.

The memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 18th at 5:30pm at the Tucson Botanical Gardens
