Richard was born in Pennsylvania, but his parents and two siblings moved to Tucson, where Richard graduated from Catalina High School in 1970.  Richard died in Snowflake, AZ in 1996.  There was no obituary, but an entry in Ancestry.  His parents outlived him.  His father died in Snowflake in 2003 and his mother died in Tucson in 2008.
