Jane Ellen Fulton (Bloch)

Jane was born in Tucson and passed away in Phoenix.  She is survived by her husband, Allen; parents, Daisy and Derald Fulton of Tucson; two daughters, Casi Burns and husband, Garrit; and Alexis Burns of Phoenix; brothers, Gary (Ana Marie) of Scottsdale, and Scott of Peoria; brothers-in-law, Glen (Barbara); and Dennis (Darial).  

Jane attended Mesa Community College and ASU and was a director of patient accounting and later a director of information technology at the Samaritan Health System (now Banner Health Arizona).  In lieu of flowers, please send memorial contributions to The Desert Mission in care of the John C Lincoln Health Foundation, 9108 N 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ  85010.  Family services will be private according to her wishes.  Hansen Mortuary.
