David C. Hale, age 63, passed away January 4th, 2016 at St. Mark’s Hospital in Salt Lake City.

Craig had an intense love for guitars and music, especially Classic Rock.

He is survived by his four children, Jared Michael (Adrienne) Hale, Angela (Harley) Meyer, Ashley Hale, Ryan Matthew Hale; and seven grandchildren.

Craig suffered immensely from bipolar disorder. We believe Craig would have wanted people to become educated and aware of mental illness and addiction rather than mourn his death.  For greater understanding you can go to the National Alliance on Mental Illness website: https//www.naim.org
