Phyllis is survived by her parents, Phillip and Elizabeth Hurley, two sisters, Eleanor Sees and Barbara Hurley; and a brother, John Hurley.  A memorial mass will be held at 11:00am Wednesday at St Francis Cabrini Catholic Church at 3201 E Presidio, with Father James Weber officiating.  Friends may call from 5-9pm Tuesday with a rosary being recited at 8pm at Arizona Mortuary Chapel.  Friends may also call from noon until 5pm on Wednesday.  Remembrances may be made to the Southern Arizona Chapter of the American Lupus Society.
