Joy Trombley, 54, of Kingman died on Monday, May 14, 2007, at her home. She was born June 29, 1952, in Valparaiso, Ind.

Joy lived in and out of Kingman for many years until she settled permanently there in 1996.

She was a Certified Master Optician at Desert Family Eye Center for 10 years.

Joy is survived by her husband, James Trombley of Kingman; her parents, Eschol and Ruth Anne Owenby of Tucson; two brothers, David and Michael Owenby of Tennessee; daughter and son-in-law Jennifer and Brian Palmer; and two grandsons, Shaun and Kenneth Palmer of Tucson.

There will be a memorial service in Tucson and a private memorial service in Kingman for family and friends.

She was a true Joy to all her knew her, and she will be greatly missed by family and friends.
