Robert "Bob" Bruce Rathburn

Robert B. Rathburn ("Uncle Bob") of Newark and formerly of Tucson, AZ went home to be with the Lord on May 18, 2017. He was born on April 25, 1952 in Englewood, NJ and was the son of the late Robert and Maude Rathburn. He was a longtime Newark resident.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 20 years, Teri Rathburn; daughter Micheline Faver, son Aaron Rathburn, and daughter Danielle Sepcic; eight grandchildren, along with many loving family members including Rhonda and Robert Morrow and family, Tracie and Thomas Valichka and son, Ron and Toni Bennett Jr., Kim and Tracy Riddle and family, Aunt Donna Zane, the Tiedman Family, and the Friebel Family.

Bob spent forty years as a welder with the Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Local Union Number 74, the U of A, and as a supervisor for Kinetics.

A memorial service will be held at 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville, where friends may call from 7:00 to 8:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will be private. www.laughreyfuneralhome.com
