Bill passed away April 15, 1995 after a brief illness. Survived by parents, Dean and Mildred Short; brothers, Jeff, Dean II, and Terry.  Bill also leaves a loving extended family and many special friends, including the Mayer family, “Max” and others.  Bill spent many years in the family’s restaurant business and in recent years achieved recognition as a professional artist.  The family requests that remembrances be made to your favorite charity.  Graveside service will be held at 11:00am Tuesday at East Lawn Palms Cemetery, with Pastor Jerry Hagelin of First Evangelical Free Church officiating.  Arrangements by East Lawn Palms Mortuary.
