Barbara L Brown, 21, of Vista, CA died Wednesday in a local hospital. Born August 26, 1952 in Alamosa, Colorado, she had live a year and a half in Vista. She was a secretary at Oceanside Community Hospital.
Mrs. Brown is survived by her husband, Arnold, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles E Westenburg of Tucson, Arizona. A service will be held Saturday in Tucson. Arrangements are by the Allen Brothers Mortuary.
