Hi everyone! I know it took me long enough to post. I'll try and be better about that. I've really enjoyed connecting on Facebook too, Katrina. We'll need to sign up as friends,won't we? Question: How set are we to have the reunion in the Fall instead of in the Summer? Also, I'd love to be involved in the planning somehow. I've been looking forward to our 20th reunion ever since the 10th!

Carrie- from the majority of people we have talked to, fall seems to be the more popular choice for the reunion. The past couple of classes have done theirs in the fall, corresponding with football season. This also gets us into the building for tour, which seems to be a popular idea as well. Right now we don't have a date set for the next meeting, though I believe it will probably be in January some time.

Yes! I'm so ready...you have no idea!!! :) Um, this weekend is the last cancer walk tour...San Diego but, I still have to take the rigs to Alburquerque...that's couple of days and I fly home from there but, I don't want to be at the airport during Thanksgiving traffic so.... maybe first weekend of Dec?! I'll call you when I finally get home! ;) Hopefully we can everyone to agree on a date...if not, I'm good with just you & I babe!!! :D
Don't know if I can swing that 1st weekend in Dec, but let me know for sure when you're back and we'll plan something! Heck, I can even drink on a worknight if I have to! :) Kristi, we won't leave you out!
I know it's a couple months out, but we need to start thinking of a date that will work for the committee for the next meeting. Last one only 3 of us were able to show. We need a bigger turnout so it's not just the few who are planning. Right now I'm proposing the weekend of Jan. 9-11. Either Friday night or Sat/Sun afternoon. Or the following weekend, Jan 16-18. Think on it, plan for it, and we take majority vote.
Kristi come on now...we wouldn't go if you couldn't make it! Well...no, we'd go anyway & go again when you can go!!! I sound like I have a drinking problem but, after seeing 300,000 people in pink over the past 14 weeks...it's time for drinks!!!! :O I mean Sue is ready on weekdays...bahaha Seriouly when I get home, I'm staying put...at least for a month! ;)
Thanks Sue and everyone else who is planning and I know it will be a great reunion because of your hard work. I'm sorry I probably have to miss it. :( Scott and I are both teachers and a road trip after school starts is usually out of the question. We'll still plan on something in the summer, but I'll plan that one. Otherwise I'll have to wait until the 30th reunion. What a bummer that would be! Sherry, care to join me on the planning committee? I'm thinking along the lines of a potluck pool party at my dad's clubhouse. Very casual and inexpensive. All are invited. It will probably be within 2 weeks of 4th of July. That's when we have time off for travel. I've got a college reunion in Dallas around that time too, so that would be perfect.
Hi all! I too have been on FB and not here. So much fun! Sue...I've become "friends" with someone you might be interested in! ;) You really ought to FB! Also...I'd like to put a vote in for us "out of towners"- Fall is tough. For those of us more than a few hours away, we really have to take at least a day off to make the trip. And with all our kiddos, and with activities starting, I bet our of town attendance will be lower. With that said.. Do what is best for the majority... but that's my vote. :)

We'll be having another meeting in January, and we'll just have to figure out what the majority needs/wants. Maybe we put it to a vote. We'll have to work that out so it's fair, that's for sure.

Sorry haven't been on here much. School pretty over ran my life. But as of next Tuesday I will be done. I only have two finals to take and I graduate on the 19th! YEA!!!!
I am pretty much free any weekend in January...so someone pick a weekend and decide who can put me up for the weekend...sorry...but if I am not working I will be broke and can't afford a hotel.
I will post more often now that I don't have squat to do I will be able to be on here much more. I will also post a pic in my cap and gown after next week. Wow...20 years after graduating from school I will finally get my college degree. and I will be graduating with honors!!!
I know it has been a tough road while trying to raise kids and a husband. I saw your invitation and it looks Great!!!! You are so creative. What would we do with out you?
Sue: Me and the Babies are doing great. The boys more so than me. I sure don't remember all the aches and pains with my first two children. I know...I am much older and carrying twins. I seem to hear that alot these days.
