It's time to register for our 40th Reunion!

A committee of your 1981 classmates planned this event for having fun and reminiscing "good ole days."  We want everyone to come join us!

The weekend will take place at the newly remodeled Marriott at Southern Hills located at 71st & Lewis. They have blocked off 50 rooms at $120 per night which includes your choice of king, queen or 2 double beds. The room rate includes a free breakfast each morning. Schedule for Reunion:

Friday, September 17th

  • Arrival/Check in: 4:00-6:15pm. Lobby of Marriott at Southern Hills. You will receive a wristband to wear showing you have checked in and are attending the events. Then head to Remington's for Happy Hour until 6:15p.m.
  • 7:00pm – Midnight at Remington’s sports bar and restaurant (inside Marriott). We will have a buffet of heavy hors d’oeuvres and dancing to the retro sounds of the band, RockFisch.

Saturday, September 18th

Saturday Morning/Afternoon Options*

*These events ARE NOT included in the cost of the weekend. You will be able to choose whatever you want to do on Saturday, but we have lined up several fun options.

You have your choice of several events during the day, ending with dinner at Albert G's:

  • Mondo's Italian Restaurant owned by fellow Charger family, Rob Aloisio will open his doors at 11a.m. to those who want to enjoy a special Charger lunch and cocktails menu. Shuttle provided to Mondo's for hotel guests ONLY. Lunch $15 per person. Cash Bar.
  • Golf - location and price TBD. Includes grab & go lunch - Cost $12.50 plus golf. Cash bar.
  • OU vs Nebraska Watch Party at Remington's Sports Bar & Restaurant. It's been 50 years since the 1971 so-called Game of the Century where Nebraska beat OU 35 to 31. This year it should be all OU! The event includes Pizza and game snacks. Cost $12.50 per person. Cash Bar.
  • The Gathering Place (Tulsa's Riverfront Park) named the best city park in the nation in 2021 USA Today Readers' Choice competition. Free shuttle for hotel guests ONLY to park and grab & go lunch provided - Cost $12.50 per person.

Saturday Evening Dinner

  • Saturday evening: Albert G’s BBQ : Free shuttle from hotel (for hotel guests ONLY) to Albert G’s (owned and operated by Chuck Gawey fellow charger family member of Charger Mark Gawey) has closed the place down for us. We will have access to the entire Downtown Location until 7:30pm, and includes a BBQ buffet.
  • Then hop on the Tulsa Trolley and go to any of the fabulous places downtown with your friends. The trolley will have scheduled stops throughout the evening, rotating between 4 popular downtown locations.
