Robert E Lee High School
Class Of 1961

Welcome to the Robert E Lee High Class Of 1961 web site.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Fall Get Together 10/24-10/26/25

For those that might have overlooked the emails regarding

a plan to have another "Get Together" in October 2025 please

read this.

VERY preliminary plans are being formulated to have one last

get together in Tyler in the Fall. As that is 6 months away and we

all have "issues" we are trying to determine if there is sufficient interest to go to the trouble as it is a lot of work. A turnout of 40

has been set as the attendance level required to begin planning.

As of today (Sunday 4/27/25) we have 21 that have indicated interest, 4 strong maybes and 7 that can't make it)

If by chance you have missed this info and would like to participate please contact me by email or text so we can get

this ball rolling.

Thanks for your response -  Tom Campbell

*************

Apparently some classmates have gotten information through the years from a site called CLASSMATES.COM and confused it with OUR website of CLASSCREATOR and sent things to them (including dues). In trying to locate some classmates for reunions etc. I joined it temporarily just to see if I could locate some missing people. Occasionally I would receive something from them that someone was looking for me so I decided to rejoin for a short time just to see who.  Well Carolyn Peck was.  I knew we had lost touch with her and had not heard from her in a long time.  I called her and we are now back in touch.  If you are ever confused about the Website name asksomeone.  It is NOT CLASSMATES.COM.
