Ricky E. 'Giro' Villanueva born June 1st, 1948 went to be with our Lord on March 12th, 2006 at the age of 57. He was born in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Villanueva was preceded in death by his father David Villanueva, and his Grandparents Mary and John Alfrich, a cousin, David Leos, and nephew Jose Maya. He is survived by his Beloved wife Letty Villanueva, also survived by his mother, Elaine Villanueva, daughters, Margarita Pacheco, and Penelope Cannon, step-daughters, Heather Flores and Stephanie Castillo, sons Richard Ernest Villanueva Jr., Mario Villanueva, and step-son Alex Martinez. Also, to include his sisters, Diane Garcia, Linda Stagman, and Rochelle Ferguson, brothers Joseph and David Villanueva, and numerous grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. Services Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 14, 2006 5:00 - 9:00 P.M., at Mission Alamo Funeral Home with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 15, 2006. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday March 16, 2006 at San Fernando Cathedral. Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery with Navy Honors.
