Erica Hubertz Seiden

Received BS in Marine Biology from University of West Florida and MS in Marine Biology from University of North Carolina-Wilmington. In between undergrad and grad school I met my husband - ironically enough in V'burg while working for ACOE - he was doing graduate work for NC State. We both spent our early childhood in the Washington DC area and moved back to the area from NC in 1997. We now live in an historic row house on Capitol Hill and love walking to all the city has to offer. I work for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and manage a program that protects coastal/estuarine habitats across the US. I feel fortunate to have a job that I love and that gives me the flexibility to spend lots of time with my family.
