Carl Lee Bellis, age 79, of Victoria, Texas passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022. Carl was born in Cuero, TX.
Carl Lee is survived by his wife, Linda Grammer Bellis; daughter Tiffany Williams and husband David and grandchildren, Lauren and Carly Williams.
