Sandy had a great sense of humor and was a fun person. So sad to hear of her passing. She will be missed by many.

Sandy was a great friend.  I remember many days playing "Shoot the Moon" with her at Wood Hi Grocery, and of our kids' birthday parties.  This was a sad parting.

I wish I would have been able to make contact with Sandy.  I looked for her on several sites, but was never able to find her.  This so saddens me that I didn't get to say goodbye.  She will definitely be missed by many.

I grew up in the country with Sandy.......going to their family country - style grocery store , eatery  and family gathering spot for the community.....we kids all ran wild and crazy playing hide - and -seek, baseball and simply chasing each other while our parents played dominoes or cards......  we grew apart when we country kids rode different buses into Victoria for junior high and high school...... I remember her family well , and will not forget the fun I had  with Sandy at her home and family store...

Like Eunice, I remember Sandy from her family's country store, was a fun place to go.  My grandparents lived at Wood Hi when I was little and my Grandpa would take me with him to their store.  I always liked it when Sandy was there.  Wonderful memories.   Kay Dandy
