I really don't remember when I got to know Robbie, but I think it was at Victoria National Bank in the early 60's. She was in the bookkeeping, and later teller, department, and I was a secretary in the note and loan departments. She and I were also neighbors at Crescent Valley and built new homes about two blocks apart. Her sister, Joyce, became one of my daughters' favorite teachers at Stroman High - all three of them had her for "life" classes. Strange how different generations touch.
