Leola and I had a number of classes together our senior year, but as with most of my classmates I lost contact with her. Some years later I was in Citizens Hospital and who should walk into my room but Leola. She was my nurse during my stay there, and I could not have had a better person taking care of me. When she had time (not too often) we would share stories about our senior year at VHS. Leola was a truly caring person and because of this an outstanding nurse.
