Let's see...I joined the WF-R Cougars my junior year but it was one of the best decisions I could have made. I grew up and attended schools in Raleigh but really liked the small atmosphere that WF-R provided. In those two years I made some really good friends and look forward to seeing how we've all "progressed" in the last 20 years.

My last 20 years of progression isn't necessarily one on a straight line. Immediately after graduation I attended Atlantic Christian College (now Barton) in Wilson. It was like 13th grade so I left after only serving one year. After working loading aircraft at RDU for a year I decided I needed to get an education. So I persued my lifelong dream of being a pilot. In 2003 I graduated with Aviation Management degree from Lenior Community College in Kinston. While there I decided that I LOVED flying but loved the business end of it more.

Stayed out for another year or so and got a job with DHL delivering boxes. Great job (it's a paid workout!!) while attending college so I transferred to Middle Tennesse State University in Murfreesboro, Tn. I lived and worked (at night for DHL) in Nashville for two years while attending classes in the day. Two years later I graduated with a BS in Aerospace Administration. Between my colleges I did get a achieved an FAA Dispatchers License as well.

After graduation I moved back to Raleigh (continuing to work for DHL driving a truck) and thats when I met my husband. Within the year he joined the USAF and we got married and moved to Germany. Lived there for three years, had two children, and then moved to Georgia. I was getting restless being a stay at home mom of toddlers so Steve suggested going back to school. Perfect! Two years later I graduated with a Masters in Logistics Management. I love this field and can apply the logic to every aspect of my life.

So where does all this education get me? Nowhere. Moving all the time doesn't allow me to get into a career where I can grow and I found out the older my kids get the more I want to be home with them which brings in my "job" as an Arbonne consultant. This opportunity allows me to meet people, party for a living, and do it when it's convenient, not forced to go to an office everyday. I will continue to do Arbonne even if I do get a "real" job using my degrees one day.

Currently we live in England and leave Jan 2011 for who knows where. The surprise of where you're going next is half the fun. Hopefully it's somewhere warm and sunny though!!
