Wasn't this Ms. Ryder's room? 

 

In our day, this hallway wasn't carpeted, and they had a completely different kind of light fixture mounted on the non-textured ceiling.  But the feeling is still there.  Remember the clerestory windows in these classrooms?  Later they put in false ceilings to save energy, so current students have no awareness of those windows next to the ceiling. 

 

 

Isn't it nice they built a new elementary school so we didn't have to go to this one?
