Our 60-year reunion plans originally called for a friendly, informal luncheon on Saturday, October 23, 2021, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 PM, at Hunter's Bar & Grill in Potomac, Maryland.  We hoped that the pandemic would no longer pose a threat by then...but our hopes were dashed and our plans were changed.

By mid August 2021 we had already received payment for this luncheon from 41 classmates (plus 18 guests) -- and expected many more alums to join us. We also had received payment for the reunion booklet and interest in attending a virtual reunion via  Zoom from several classmates who were unable to attend the in-person evrnt. 

Unfortunately, surging cases of COVID-19 were a cause for concern -- so the October 23, 2021 event was cancelled and the reunion was postponed until October 1, 2022.  Unfortunately, even then COVID-19 and new varients caused many of our classmates to be reluctant to attend a large indoor luncheon, so our October 1, 2022 reunion was also cancelled and postponed until May 6, 2023. 

Now our 62-Year Reunion will be a luncheon at Lakewood Country Club in Rockville, Md. The cost is still only $30 per person.  We expect 50+ classmates and 20+ guests to attend this event.  We invite all of our classmates to join us. If you cannot attend but you want a Reunion Booklet, send us a check for $10 and your mailing adress, and we'll send you a booklet.

Dear Coolidge 1961 Classmates:

As you may already know, our 55-year reunion was held on Saturday afternoon, September 17, 2016, from 12:00 noon to 4:00 P.M., at the home of Irma & Dale Morton in Potomac, Maryland.  If was a wonderful event, full of friends reconnecting, reminiscing, and creating new memories together.

We were thrilled that 80 classmates and their guests attended our 55-year reunion. If you missed it, we want you to know that we missed you, too.  We sincerely hope that you will be able to attend our 60-year reunion -- sometime in 2021.  That's only two years from now.   Details will follow when plans have been finalized.  If you have any suggestions for our next retunion, please send them to us.
