Timothy Palmer

After graduating from Wilby HS in the class of "69" I went to the "new" Mattatuck Community College and studied law enforcement graduating in 1973. Accepted in the recruit class at the Hartford Police Department January 1973 and eventually to rank of Lieutenant in 1993. Retired as a Lieutenant in June 1996 after 24 years on the job. Worked as a Special Investigator for Travelers Insurance for next (9) years and retired in Feb 2006... Started my own Private Detective business with 3 other fellow retired police officers. Also for (9) years worked as an adjunct professor at Naugatuck Valley Community College
teaching Business Communications. Been married to my best friend Tina

I remember and miss most Exchange Place in downtown Waterbury after high school classes let out at the end of the school day. What a great time we had, and what a great place to be! Bauby's Corner, Howland Hughes basement restaurant cheeseburgers after school... and the Record Shop in Exchange Place. Remember the Shack in Oakville on weekends (live bands) and also the Music Box on Bantam Lake...the Colonial Plaza on weekends and all the muscle cars and activity?
