I remember James as being a riot. He always made class interresting and was forever giving me a hard time. I used to get so made at him for picking on me, but I enjoyed giving the jabs right back. He will always be missed.

James was a great friend, his mom and my dad became friends attending a single parent group... anyway, we met through that connection. We did some crazy stuff through high school and even more crazy after. I'm sure the events leading up to his death seemed hopeless, if only he could have known it would be nothing more than a small hurdle in the marathon of life. I was fortunate to be home on break from school in Pittsburgh and we got to hang out for a couple days, he passed away just 2 weeks later. We had some amazing adventures, I still think of James often, I'm grateful to have had him as a friend.

I remember James as being the life of the party. Always wanting to have fun and so full of life. We did some really crazy stuff back then. I was fortunate to be able to spend some time with him the weekend before he died. We lost a great classmate, and I a very good friend that day. I think of him always.

James was the life of the party! And he always had that grin on his face that made you wonder what he was up to. James & I were close in middle school but drifted apart in high school. What a great guy!

James was a great kid during junior high and senior high. We were on the basketball team together and we had a lot of fun. The main thing that I remember about him was that we would always call each other by each others names. He was always James and I was Jimmy but he would always call me James and I called him Jimmy. I may have been the only one who called him that but we always laughed about it.

James was a great guy. Had some adventures (as we all did) with James from EJHS thru graduation and after. Remember hanging in his room, listening to the Stones. Of course will remember riding motorcycles with him. James is missed, but not forgotten.
