Sandy Albin Wightman (June 7, 1941 - March 17, 1982)

The following tribute appeared in our 1984 25th Reunion "Buzz Book"; it was submitted by Marian Olson Rusk. Sandy is buried in a family plot at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, 11101 Saint Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, Missouri.
"As you know, Sandy Albin Wightman passed away on March 17, 1982, after suffering a cerebral hemorrhage. She had been undergoing chemotherapy for a year. Sandy lived in Oak Brook, Illinois with her husband (David) and two children, David and Anne, where she was busy and active. She was a dedicated volunteer worker for the Ray Graham Association for the Developmentally Disabled. Before her illness, she had begun work in merchandising for Lord & Taylor; in 1983, Lord & Taylor dedicated the Ray Graham Fashion Show in Sandy's memory."
