Joe Farago (November 22, 1941 - June 24, 2018)
                                   
SPO Joseph M. Farago, USN, Ret. was born in St. Louis, MO, one of two children born to the union of Joseph Farago and Bernice Mae Feldmann Farago, and departed from this earthly life at his home on Lake Poverty Point in Delhi, LA.

Joseph was a 20-year Navy Veteran whose service included serving during the Vietnam Era Conflict. He was also retired from Lockheed-Martin as a Site Manager.

Surviving him are his loving wife and constant companion Carol Jean Layton Farago of Delhi; five children, Jordan Farago-Deaton (Mickie D.) of West Hampton, NJ; Michael Farago of CA; Christopher Farago (Carol Ann) of Lewiston, ME; and Lance Farago (Jennifer) and Chance Farago both of Savannah, GA; 6 grandchildren: Evan (Shelby); Taylor and Landon Deaton; and Connor, Lauren, and Abigail Farago; a sister Judy Weng (Bob) of St. Louis, MO; two nieces and a nephew, Cathy, Patti, and Steve.

Memorial services were held on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at the Delhi Presbyterian Church. Any planned memorials may be made to the Delhi Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 368, Delhi, LA 71232.
