Doug Johnson (January 6, 1942 - March 7, 1986)
Doug was living in Chicago when he died, according to the following obit that was printed in the Chicago Tribune on March 10. (For some odd reason, the obit leads with "John Johnson" even though the text makes it clear that he went by Doug.)
