Hey Lisa...you caught the bug....you caught the bug...can't you just hear it playing in your head??? All you old Decorah folk need to stop by on a Friday morning and hear it ring through the school :o)

ROFL...Dymale in a dress...

Hey Everyone...just curious are most people bringing their spouses/significant others?

I am going stag as well Eddie and Sharon. Since my wife doesn't know many from the class, it would seem cruel to make her endure it. Besides, I don't get too many nights "Out", especially by myself. I am looking forward to a great time and seeing everyone again.

I'm also going alone (well, I hope to drive with Laura and Brad! :)).... Paul and the kids will be in Indiana, visiting his parents.

I, too, am going without my spouse. I knew he'd rather stay home than endure hours of me reminiscing with people I've known for more than 20 years.

My fiance is going, but I am sure that he is just going so he can hear how much I embarassed myself back then. I am sure that Lisa will come up with all sorts of stories about me. Just remember, Lisa, I was with you when the bus drove by... :O)

I thought I read something about a gathering at Pillars on some night but I can't find it. Anyone know anything about that?

If anyone is interested some of us are meeting Saturday morning at Regner Park at 10:30 with our kids to play at the park until the swim area opens at 11:00. We are going to meet at the playground by the swimming area/boat house(I think was what it was called). Hope you can make it.

Lisa,
The crossing guard was Mrs. B. I see her all the time and she reminds me how much of pains in the utts we were. Shes fabulous I adore her. Maybe we should go see her together to see if she remembers you too. She lives in the rectory on the grounds of my church. My church rents the house to her. It could be fun...

Kris Bowers: (commenting to old posts)

I remember meeting the guy from Boston at TGIF's and I still have that napkin too! Too funny! The things we hold on to.
As for Michael Jackson, I had a ton of stuff saved and when he died I went to look for it. Unfortunately, I forgot when our old house was flooded 8 years ago, I had to throw it all out. He did get kind of odd in the later years, but I always liked his music.

Vanessa Pint:

I did not know I went to that concert with you? I must have had a few too many!!!!!!

Hope everyone has a great time at the reunion!!

Come on Traci, unfortunatly I have a memory that does not quit. And yes you did, I have pictures to prove it!

Christine Filo (Gaspardo)

Vanessa: You do have a memory that won't quit! In my case, that is NOT a good thing. Happy birthday!

Vanessa: HAPPY B-DAY TO YOU TODAY!!!!

Traci Perkins - Those were the days - young & innocent. TGIF's was a blast that night.

Filo - The TGIF night - was that the night you were speeding away from a car that was following us? Somehow i remember you driving very fast/excessive speeds away from a car that had been following us? All i know is we were airborne at times & i was scared. I can't remember who was in the car that night or if Vanessa was driving?

If i only had a darn scanner I could really put some pictures out here. (LOL)

Traci,

I wasn't there the night you guys went to TGIF's (I was probably at home reading my Bible). I do remember driving fast and getting good AIR on the backroads near my house but I think Vanessa and Terri Little were in the car that night. Reading these posts helps bring back some AWESOME memories of my misspent youth! Thanks all!

Hey Badger peeps.... I need to know if any of you have the year book from 6th grade? I'm friends with one of my old teachers and she does not remember what she looked like and I told her I would try to check a year book out. I have no idea where in the hell mine went. Is ya do can you give me a shout? I am looking for the picture of Kathy Mowrer. If possible can you scan it and sent it to me via Email?
Oh, I would appreciate it, and since I volunteered to take the reunion photos I promise who ever send me a nice sized pick of her and my 6th grade photo (scary) as well, I promise I will make sure to not take any embarassing photos of you. Regardless how drunk you get. That is my promise to the first person who sends me those 2 pics and are a decent size... Let the race begin...
Thanks

I have been thinking and after reading all of thse messages and how some of ya'll party I was wondering if anyone has given any thought to having some there that would be willing to drive the drunkies home, or where ever if they are too drunk to drive themslves. I really don't want anyone getting into cars whe they have no biz being in one much less driving. This way those that do want to party on can do so and be secure that they will get home OK.
I would be willing to sign up for this. I'm not saying that the desig. drivers can't have a couple beers but theres a diff between a beer or two and say a case...
Let me know if anyone has thought of this or if you even think it is a good idea. If so anyone else want to volunteer with me to be a desig. driver?

Hey Kristina - I wouldn't mind - I don't drink too much these days and would be willing to offer this "service". As a former EMT - I sure wouldn't want to see anything happen after a great evening with friends. Let me know.
