Maggie, age 14, sophomore in high school, 6' tall and plays volleyball, basketball, throws shot and discus. My kids obviously did not get their athletic abilities from me!! I am a very proud mother even though I was a child bride. LOL

Living the simple life in Western North Carolina. Got married and had babies right out of high school then got divorced. Put myself through school then the North Carolina Justice Academy. Detective Sgt. over the Juvenile Investigations Division, School Resource Officers, and Sex Offender Registry at Macon County Sheriff's Office (NC) and mostly investigate sex crimes against kids. I married my wonderful husband over 10 years ago. He trains Iraqi police officers overseas at the Baghdad Police College and is only home every 4 to 6 months or so...he works for the State Department through a private contractor.
I love my life and everyone in it and could not be happier...well, yes I could..when my husband ends his job in Iraq and comes home for good!!
School Story:

High school was pretty low-key for me...several close friends and very active in a big church. Haven't kept in touch like I should have....
