Gail was my very first ever girlfriend, in 5th grade! I bought her a 49cent friendship ring and I think it lasted for all of 2 weeks before she moved on. I saw her on the train all thru college and after as well. We'd grab a drink on occasion while she waited for Joe Scibelli to return from the army. We were friends, just friends, nothing romantic or anything like that, she'd never have it, and I savored the time we did spend together as we got older. Unfortunately she had problems/issues that led to her demise. She was a shining star in our class, loved by all, and she always brought something unique, something "Gail" to the table.
