There is a story about me in the Juneau Empire on March 22, 2009 - Sunday.
Follow these steps:
1. Go to e-mail address; www.juneauempire.com
2. On left side, there are three titles: HOME, OBITUARIES and ARCHIVES. Go to ARCHIVES.
3. Go to: 2009 Calendar, March 22.
4. Under News will be some Headings, Go to NEIGHBORS, than Subtitle; "Contrary to popular belief."
5. Click on; "Chronology of attempted jail escapes" for another article about the nine escapes.
6. Click on photos to enlarge them.
That's it! That should tell where I have been for the last "28 years".
School Story:

I just remember everyone socializing at the Char Burger and Chi Chi's burger stands. Lunch time was always fun to see all your friends at one of these two places. That's were everyone would find out where all the week-end parties were going to be at. It was always fun to go off campus for lunch.
This is 2013, I have just graduated from University of Alaska Southeast in Juneau, AK; under a Drafting Certificate Program. I am doing great and it is always nice to hear from anyone from Whittier High School, so do not hesitate to say "Hello."
My English teacher Sarah Minton at UAS said to me "You know what happened Joe, the lights finally went on" I know it's a small statement, but to me a big meaning!

I know this is really late Eddie, I do, or did since I'm a little late, I do wish that you did have a very "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" I read your story about how you met your wife, it really is a small miracle how things workout, I thought it was a perfect love story. I am up here in Juneau, AK. Did you have a younger brother, I met him in the 70's at a party, he said he was your brother. How is he doing?

Hey you, I am not stalking you or any thing weird like that I am contacting to let you know that I thought about you from Whittier High School. I just want you to know that your life is special and I don't remember you, but you probably don't remember me either. I hung out at the Char Burger (which is still there) different name, and the Chi Chi's burger joint, by Fred C Nelles. Geese this can go on forever so I am stopping here; "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" Carole. Isn't great to open our mouths and suck in oxygen?
