I am a very active grandmother and competing triathlete. 2012-completed my second 1/2 ironman, headed to Vt. for National Championship and Nancy, France for World Championship. Then home to run the USMC marathon for the 3rd time as a fundraiser for the SemperFi Injured Marine Fund. God willing, I won't have to slow down for a few more years.
PS Just finished with a bronze medal in my age group for World Duathlon Championship. Yea---I was soooooo excited.
