Not sure how the word "hosting" came about but I had just asked (after talking to a few classmates this past week) if the word could be posted on the message forum that I was told by two or three classmates that a bunch (maybe) of Rider 64 classmates and others are meeting at the P-2 on Thursday night to eat and visit. I was told it would be around 6:30 until..........  No one is "hosting" but we are hoping for a good turnout of anyone that is in town early for the 50 Year Class of 64 Rider Reunion. wink  Tks - Mike W.

Mike, it always gets bigger when you say a couple or few classmates are getting together at P2 for a social dinner and refreshments, you should know this - look at the class of 64 members. They (a lot) agree, Great ideal it sounds more like a group now.

My only regret this morning is that we didn't all have to get up this morning and go to class together. What a great reunion. What a great reunion committee.

Anyone :) When you go to the Reunion Pictures page from the Rider web home page you get a 404 error and there are no instructions on how to post pictures.  I know there are a lot of classmates that do not use Facebook and would like to see posted pictures especially once the photographer makes his postings.  Does anyone know what can be done to set up the Reunion Pictures page with instruction and the ability to post pictures?   Thank you - Mike W.

Mike try it now.  It does something different for admins than others, so I'm not sure what you see or how to upload pics;  or whether you can do more than one at a time.  We also have a limited amount of server space - we are currently (with all pics people put on their profiles) using 3 of 200MB.  I'll try to play with it when I get a chance if you have no luck.

It worked really great Ron and I posted my pictures (two pages).  You may want to put out a note to anyone else that has pictures to check it out and make their postings.  Thank you - Mike W.

I hope everyone had as good a time at the reunion as I did. It was great to see old friends. Thanks to everyone who came and made it such a special event. We are keeping the website up so keep your information updated. That way, if/when we decide to do this again, we will know where to find you.

Yes, the fact you all came and had a great time was very rewarding. Thanks for coming. Please visit the site with news especially of contact information changes. If there is a "lost"  member that you know their whereabouts, please share that soon.

There was an earring found after the banquet Saturday night,  I have posted a picture of it on my facebook page. Please identify if it is yours and I will send it to you. I couldn't upload to the website because it is only on my phone and I don't know how to post it here.

Hi Sandra,

I lost an earring. It is small black and rinestone. I noticed it gone on the way back to the hotel, but never thought it would be found. Thanks a bunch.

I was soooooo... glad i went to the reunion.  Enjoyed seeing and talking to everyone.  In a way it seems like yesterday and yet so long ago.  To all that put it together, you did a wonderful job!  There was a lot of time for getting with so many.  I still missed some.  Hopefully another time will come.  Enjoy each moment!!

What a good time we all had! Time was just too short to see and talk with everyone although I tried.  We just have to do this again a little sooner next time, maybe at a restaurant in the middle of the State somewhere or Hotel somewhere......everyone put their thinking caps on!!!cheeky

Just got word this morning that Gary Vick has been diagnosed with lymphoma. He is currently in Arlington Memorial Hospital and will be starting chemo immediately. Visitors are limited because of the chemo. Keep he and Dana in your prayers.

I will certainly do that. Cards are good in these instances.

Gary and Dana.  My wife Esther and I have you and your family in our prayers. May God Bless you all and grant you a full recovery.  Prayers can do wonderful things but group prayers are miraculous.

Elizabeth Deerinwater just posted that Bub's services will be held Friday December 5th at 10:00 a.m. at the First baptist Church in Wichita Falls. Pass this info on to anyone you think might like to know.

If you haven't already received your USB with reunion pictures on it, you should be receiving them any time.  I got mine today and really enjoyed watching the slideshow.  We all look pretty good to be celebrating our 50th class reunion.  I hope everyone had as good a time as I did.  If you did not order the USB and are wishing you had, you can still do so.  Send a check for $25.00 to Kevin Cox, 113 Gold Hill Dr., Lafayette, CO 80026.  If you want the pictures on the reunion USB that you received in your goody bag, you will need to send that too or else the photos will just be on a generic USB.

Looking forward to the next reunion.

Carol Horky (Cox)

Okay, I talked to our photographer and he said if you order a USB now, if you don't send him your reunion USB, it will be $35.00 instead of $25.00 to cover the cost of the generic USB, postage and handling.
