Capps, Roberta Dianne Beloved Mother and Grandmother, passed away at 9:06 a.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. A woman who was always giving, always thinking of others before herself, she was giving in her life and after her death. GOD BLESS YOU MOM. WE LOVE YOU! Her loving family: sister, Yvonne Swearingin; sons, Steven Kelly West, Erick Deon West; daughter-in-law, Nikki West; grandchildren, Cassi Haigh, Kayla Char, Cayla Dionne; great-grandchildren, Corbyn, Addyleigh. No services at her request. She asked that everyone take time to rejoice for she is in the Kingdom of Heaven.
