James Robert Westmoreland lived in Tulsa OK. He had owned a roofing company, S & J Roofing, until retirement. He had earlier served as Minister of Music and Youth at FBC, Cleveland, OK in the 70s. He married Sherry Quick a North High 1967 North grad. They have two children, James Jr. and Stacie. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. N.J. and Wanda Westmoreland, a younger sister, Ruth Ann a '64 North grad. He is survived by four 4 sisters,  Janice, Bonita, Mary Jo and Sarah. Jim was suffering from Alzheimer disease and was in a Nursing home in Tulsa. Cause of death was not released by the family.  James passed away March 28, 2018.
