Joanne (Trollope) Tarman of Greeley, CO passed away September 10, 2023 at the age of 79. Joanne was born in Wichita, KS on July 3, 1944 to Howard Lee and Mildred Helen (Minton) Trollope. She graduated from Wichita North High in 1962, went on to a 2 year business school and eventually gained her LPN nursing degree, in the early 80s, in Fort Collins, CO. She married Walter D. Graul in 1963 and had one daughter. Joanne later had a second marriage to Phillip Tarman in 1999 and lived in Fort Morgan for 15 years. They were active in the Fort Morgan United Methodist Church, where her husband was the Pastor. She retired from the Division of Wildlife, Fish Health Lab in Brush, CO. Phillip and Joanne moved to Greeley after they retired and volunteered weekly at Grace Point Senior Care Community. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her sister Judith Trollope Hunter. She is survived by her husband Phillip Tarman of Greeley, CO, a sister Kathleen Wyatt of Wichita, KS, a daughter Julianne Graul (William) of Loveland, CO, a granddaughter Monica Leppert (Ryan) of Fort Collins, CO, great-grandsons, Isaac and Roman and two nieces and one nephew. Joanne has left a legacy of light, love, and laughter for her friends and family. We were so lucky to have her calm, loving reassurance for 79 years. She shared her love of reading, learning and discovering the many wonders of the world. Her Life Celebration will be held at 3pm Friday, September 15, 2023 at Adamsons Life Celebration Home.
