Hi Mary Ann:

I hope John will read this to you as well. How well I remember how well your parents treated those of us who lived in their basement, Gene, Ron, Lou, Denny, Vick and I all for $15.00 a month a piece, well worth more, but they were good to us. No girls were allowed down there, and we respected where rules and did not complain once, because we knew how good there were to us.

John I have heard many times from Leonard and Eleanor what a good husband you have been to Mary Ann, so you deserved the best in eternity.
