Bio:
Became a Baha'i in 1972.
Was appointed godmother to Katrina Singsen Taggart's elder daughter, Jennie Taggart Wandfluh in 1980, a great bounty in life.
Worked at various jobs before ending up at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center.
Served the Baha'i House of Worship, and its choir, for 35 years
Took an early retirement in 2007 and left Chicago to assist my elderly mother in Old Saybrook, CT.
Toured regionally and internationally with the Voices of Baha, including a performance at Carnegie Hall in 2002, and recording with the Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra in 2000.
Am an inveterate bookworm, and have also enjoyed doing counted cross-stitch, painting, and calligraphy.
Went on the Internet in 1997, and have marveled at all the changes it has brought to the world.
Arranged a family reunion in London, England, to finally bring the Smith and Wootten families together, in November 2008.
Finally discovering what colors look good on me, and finally getting my ears pierced.
