YORKTOWN - John William Trottier, 43, passed away suddenly on March 21, 2003. A native of Burlington, Vt., he was a Peninsula resident since 1978 John was a 1979 graduate of Tabb High School. He was employed as a Pipefitter for 10 years in the Newport News Shipyard and for the last 10 years was a cabinet maker for Colonial Kitchens. He is survived by his parents, William B. and Geraldine W. Trottier of Yorktown; two sisters, Janet Lee Blanchard and her husband, Don, of Phoenix, Ariz., and Nancy Lynn King and her husband, Ron, of Charlottesville, Va.; maternal grandmother, Janet Weslin of Iron River, Mich.; paternal grandfather, John Trottier of Iron River, Mich.; two nieces, Sarah of Charlottesville, Va., and Kristin of Phoenix, Ariz.; four nephews, Richard of Charlottesville, Va., B.J and Donnie of Phoenix, Ariz., and Joshua in Bosnia. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 25, in Amory Funeral Home, Grafton. Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park, Hampton.
