Yes! Attending Reunion
Comments:

I retired in 2012 after 33 years teaching and doing research as a chemistry professor at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. I remain active doing research in computational chemistry. After attending graduate school at the Univ of Wisconsin-Madison, we came up here in 1979. Sue and I are active in skiing, running, cycling, and mountain climbing which we started doing back in Madison with our friends in the UW Hoofer Mountaineering Club.

School Story:

When I was a freshman football player, I tried to tackle Mark Freishlag. After he ran over me, my helmet was so bent it took two coaches to get it off my head. I joined the wrestling team the next year. Coach Peter Rao was one of my favorite teachers at Lew-Port.

I remember Tim Touhy taking over at the last minute for Craig Hosmer in the senior play (Gentlemen Prefer Blondes). The play was delayed due to the assassination of John Kennedy, but Craig could not perform on the rain date because he had to visit a college. Tim adlibed many lines, but it sounded great and the play was a resounding success.

Hi Folks, It was great seeing you all at the 50th Reunion parties. I would be glad to hear from any of you via email (see my website linked above). I do have a Facebook account, but that is mainly so I can keep up with what is happening with son Andrew...

John, we were neighbors on Harper Drive. My husband and I took our first cruise in 2012 to Alaska. Spent 7 days on the cruise ship and then inland for 8 days. Loved every minute of our adventure. Jim and Peg Langlois are still in your of house. They have made many, many changes during the past 50 years.
