We live in a rural coastal area of Alabama outside of Pensacola where I fish and garden. I spend a month up on Lake Champlain every summer and fish with Jim Pollock every day.
I graduated from Cornell in '66 and was in Army ROTC and was on active duty for 3 years in OKinawa and Vietnam. At various times, I've been a stockbroker, an executive with a small publically held oil company and then into law enforcement full time after being a reserve police officer for years in Denver. I retired from the Vail Co. Police Dept and moved south and started another brief career as the Government Sales Mgr of a dealer's auto auction.

Brenda and I are healthy and happy still living near the coast of Alabama just a few miles from Pensacola Fl. We still spend a month every summer with Jim and Cheryl Pollock at Lake Champlain NY. I just spoke to Jim this week to tell him that we got our rental for this year.and he said that they both got mild covid.
I stay busy with a volunteer organization consisting of a couple of retired Fed. agents and retired police officers with the Gulf Shores Police Department. We are non-enforcement and assist with administrative duties such as training, special events, the detective unit, etc..

Like everyone, I was saddened by Steve's passing. He certainly a bright light in our class. Unfortunately, our ranks are thinning a lot faster than our waistlines.
