Sad news Gene was a very kind, sweet guy liked by everyone.
Such sad news .. Craig was a friend to everyone, such a smart, easygoing guy .. but even he couldn't help me with my French which I hated (oh how I disliked it..!) . Rest In Peace our friend, I know many of our classmates have gone before you and will greet you there. God Bless.
Sad to hear the news of Jan's passing. She was a friend to many in high school.... we'd catch up with each others' news in Price Chopper through the years! She was always cheerful and positive. Ourprayers to her family.
I apologize that I haven't visited this site in months ! Funny coincidence a couple of weeks ago: we were at the airport heading for Orlando and Robin Shellard was sitting across the aisle ! So great to catch up .. we went to grade school together !!

Thanks Guy for your research and planning -
Thoughts from me, personally - and I know we all have different opinions.....
THe 70th Birthday Bash sounds like fun, but instead of planning dinners, reservations with confirmed amount of people attending, etc, etc.,, I'd like to see a casual get together like we do on Friday nights before a reunion - just casual, come if you want - appetizers and drinks and fun chatting with all ... when we do dinners people are kind of stuck sitting at their table. I'm not sure where to recommend, but this is just my thought. Especially since we are talking about a cruise within a few months which will be a greater expense for anyone involved....
Just my thought...
Happy Birthday Guy !
I remember Janice as having the most beautiful eyes, softspoken and gentle personality and a friend to all. So very sorry to her family and friends on their loss.

Hi everyone. Our Reunion Committee met this week for the first time since the 50th get together, It was fun to chat about all our classmates that we got to visit with after all these years, and it was great to see so many new faces. We talked about the 'next' get together, but decided we need to do some realistic thinking between now and when we next meet ( we enjoy getting together anyway!!). Thinking about health issues in another 5 years, about the travel involved for many, about many being on social security and budgets at this time of their lives, how many will really want to come, etc. etc... Needless to say a lot to think about. Any input you can contribute and post with opinions will be appreciated.
