GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Anyone attending the reunion, planning to go onto Robins AFB not having a Military I.D. Card (Active, Reserve, Military Civilian or Retired), you will need to be escorted by a person that does have an I.D. Card.
There is a Visitors Center at the front gate and you will be required to fill out the guest paperwork.
The Non - I.D. Card holder is required to have a current drivers license for identification.
Friends and Family are WELCOME to attend.

2. Your hotel room - You will make your hotel reservations directly.   Please be sure to tell the hotel, you are with the 435th OMS Enroute Reunion.

3. Saturday Evening Banquet:   Attire - Dressy Casual

4. Hospitality room:  We will have donation jars out during the reunion. We'd appreciate your generous donations to help cover the cost of the room and food items. .

 ** Members are encouraged to bring their own alcohlic drinks.

5. Location:   Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) 

6.  Door Prizes: We are accepting donated door prizes to be given out during the reunion..

7.  Payment for the various reunion events.
