 Upon arrival, pick up your Rapid City Welcome Bag

1700                 Meet/Greet in Hospitality Room and get the reunion started. 
                         (Bring your own bottle - BYOB)

1715            Group Photo in front of Hotel XXX 
1730            Social (1/2) Hour -  We will walk together to the XYZ Restaurant

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Your hotel room.  Depending which room you select at the XXX, the price will vary. Inform them you are with the 435th OMS Enroute Mx Reunion Group for a room discount. (Pending)

2. Hospitality room:  Donation jars will be out during the reunion. I appreciate your generous donations to cover the cost of the Hosptiality Room and food items.

3. Thursday - ICEBREAKER  (Hospitality room):  we'll have TBD
    etc. There will be donation jars to help defray the costs
