Dinner Train Information
June 1st -- I'm now accepting checks for the Dinner Train -- $170 per person
(Price includes: Train Ride, 4 Course Dinner, Bourbon Tasting, Gratutity and Taxes)

• 2.5 hour ride, 35-mile roundtrip excursion
• Gourmet, four-course dinner prepared fresh onboard by our dedicated culinary team
• Bourbon Tasting, Gratutity and Taxes
• All non-alcoholic beverages, including after dinner coffee and tea

I MUST KNOW IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO RIDE WITH US ON THE DINNER TRAIN, NLT June 30
July 7   --     I MUST determine if we will use a 54 or 72 Person Dining Car.
Sadly, If I don't have money to cover the deposit, I will have to cancel.
July 10 --     I MUST make a deposit payment for our Dining Car  (Half of the full amount)
August 1 --   I MUST have your check for our Dining Car  (The other half of the full amount)
August 10 -- I MUST make the final payment for our Dining Car
August 30 -- I MUST submit any CANCELLATIONS - Anything after September 1st, is NON Refundable.
(Any cancellations after September 1st, I will attempt to sell them to anyone wanting a ticket)
September 1 -- I will post Menu Selection  (Sooner if it becomes available)
September 10 -- I must inform the Train Company the meal requests

I was only able to get a limited amount of rooms.
The sooner you make your reservation, will help determine if the hotel give me more rooms.

Reunion Louisville Slugger Bat 
Anyone wanting to order a bat, please contact the Louisville Slugger Museum/Factory.
You can have it sent to you by mail, or if you visit the Louisville Slugger Museum/Factory, 
you can inform them before you start your tour and your bat will be ready for pick-up, after your tour.
Price: $69.95 + tax (and shipping if you choose to have it sent to you).
Veterans get a 10% Military Discount.
IF YOU WANT A BAT - contact me and I'll give you the Order # to give them, for the bat.
