Note: This hotel does NOT have an elevator. 
If you want a Ground Floor Room, be sure to tell them, when you are making your room reservation.

If anyone needs a handicapped accessible room and/or needing a Roll In Shower,
please inform the hotel, when making your reservation.

Double, Queen, King Rooms are available.

I have 25 rooms blocked. If we need more rooms, the hotel will give me more, if they have any remaining. Please !! Make your room reservations, in order for me to know if I need to add any.
Note: Due to Annual Buffalo Round-Up will be going on during the week we are their, hotels sell out quickly.

You will be able to cancel your reservations, 24 hours prior your reservation begins.

August 30, 2027 - Any Remaining Rooms left in the group block, will be released back into
the hotels general inventory.
** Reservations booked after this date will be subject to rates and availability at the time.
● 100% non-smoking property - $250 smoking fee.

Room Cancelation Policy:
Your Room Reservations MUST be canceled at least 24 hours prior your reservation date.
To avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room and tax; notice must be received 24 hours before arrival.

Concessions Offered:
Run of house rooms include standard king, double queen, or ADA rooms only
Guests may book 3 days pre and post the group block at the group rate-group breakfast IS NOT served during shoulder dates unless contracted as such

Breakfast is not included in the room rate; however, it can be added for an additional $25 (rate would change to $155 per night-2 people per room maximum)

30-day cutoff to reserve rooms at the group rate
(Last day to make room reservations at our group rate will be: 

24-Hour prior to the day of arrival cancellation policy for individual reservations

Hospitality Suite-may bring in outside food and beverages to this room only
