Peggy Rose

June 22, 1939 - June 27, 2018

Ms. Peggy Rose, 79, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery in Jackson. Bro Kerry Mallard will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends at Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Ms. Rose was born June 22, 1939 in Metuchen, New Jersey to the late Lester Lewis and Catherine (Ulrich) Magee. She graduated from the Miami Jackson High School in 1957. She was retired, a member of the Twin Oaks Church of Christ, she enjoyed crocheting, Theatre, and her favorite thing was spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Paul and a son, Billy John "Robb" Roberts Jr.

She is survived by two daughters, Denise Tooley of Huntingdon and Amy Gateley (Jonathan) of Humboldt; two sons, Mark Roberts and Guy Roberts (JoAnna) both of Huntingdon; a sister, Barbara Harding and a brother, Kerry Magee both of Huntingdon. She also leaves seventeen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
