Class Creator expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Our services, as well as the information on this web site are provided on a case-by-case basis without warranty of any kind. You acknowledge, by purchasing our services, that you do so at your sole risk, and that Class Creator cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property through the use of our services.
