After graduating from Penn State I began teaching 3rd grade in Altoona at Penn Lincoln. During this time I completed my Masters degree from Pitt in Library Science. Then I became a school Librarian in Abington, near Philly Bill and I were married after he completed his Masters at Temple. (by the way he also taught in Altoona at Logan.) We moved to Bethlehem, had Myles and I began teaching in Easton. After 34 years I retired but almost immediately went to work at our local library. Retired again after my grandaughter was born.We enjoy traveling, crafting camping , Renaissanse faires, cruising. I love to read. I also sing with our local Sweet Adeline Chorus, which has held 1st place small chorus and 6th place medals.
School Story:

I remember in Elementary School at Lincoln in 4th or 5/6th grade we had the top floor of the school and access to the storage room. We put on plays and even had some animal visitors in the classroom. Specifically a skunk ( even had my picture taken with Lester McCool for the newspaper.

Haappy belated birthday Donna. Covid is the pits. I attended a music convention and had all my shots except the 2nd booster. and someone there had it and then so did I. all those moths and nothing. It was a mild case and I didn't realize it until someone else tested positive. and contacted me to test.. but my sons and granddaughter all had to be quarenteened. Hope to ge to say hi to you in August.

Hello Sharon. I see you have a Happy Birthday today !!!! Hope you day is filled with lots of love and happiness. Hopefully we are going to celebrate our 80th Birthday at the reunion.
