Yes, I remember David quite well.  I got to know him best when we were both working at the H.E.B store in Allendale center.  He and I both loved cars and I remember how he loved to drive the family '59 Desoto with the "big" 383 engine. He was a good guy who should still be with us.

David married Frances June Pressler 10-18-1969, in Fredericksburg, Gillespie, TX
They had one child, Dale Randolph Heimann.
David died of acute lymphocytic leukemia on April 6 1975, at age 32 in Dallas, Dallas, TX, USA.
He was buried in Der Stadt Friedhof Cemetery, Fredericksburg, TX.

David Ray Heimann, 32. of Mesquite died Sunday at a Dallas hospital He had been ill for six weeks. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at St Marks Methodist Church, Mesquite, Rev. Wayne C Odom officiating. Burial will be m the city cemetery of Fredericksburg at 1 p m Wednesday. Mr. Heimann was born in New Braunfels. He was a paperboy with the Tribune Herald as a boy. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1967. He was assistant vice-president of Rauscher-Pierce Corp where he had worked since 1969. Survivors include his wife, Frances Heimann; a son, Dale Heimann of Mesquite; his parents, Mr. and Mrs Raymond Heimann of Austin; a sister, Mrs. Marilyn Magouirt (spelling ?) of College Station, his paternal grandmother, Mrs Helen Heimann of San Antonio, his maternal grandmother, Mrs, Olga Rust of New Braunfels.
